Very beautiful place also good room this twer

Well structured building with good maintenance & beautiful view of Port Rashid. But one n only drawback is balcony…very small…u can’t even keep your cloth stand. Rest all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Its a very unique apartment, which has the view of Burj Kalifa on one side and port on the other side if you pick the correct rooms, parking is in ground floor and basement which is adequate, have two swimming pools and two gyms maintainance is good. Security is very reliable. Only down side is there is no 3 bed room apartments and from 2nd floor onwards there is very small balcony.
